The fairies have many skills. One of their most prominent skills in the war-ravaged times would be their skill with metalworking. They create magnificent - oft blessed or magically oriented - blades, shields, and even some armor. They are often specially requested by the centaurs in the plains or the lycans in the mountain range, two of the only civilizations in Illyria that always know the location of the village.
